Hi there, New Yorker. Hubby & I were there maybe 3 weeks ago– had a great anniversary trip– I think the traffic is a tad crazy in NY- not sure I’d ride a bike in Manhattan– maybe in the park. Liked the photo… : )

Rather that breathe a sigh of reelif too soon, we should remember that the worst flu pandemics tend to come in waves. The infamous 1918 pandemic had a first wave very much like this one – quite mild. The next wave was pure Grim Reaper stuff. So it’ll be months, at least, before we know we’re in the clear.
